Pick a program, start a workout, and prop your iPhone where the camera can see you. The camera counts reps on your iPhone; video is never recorded or uploaded.
Sign in with Apple or Google from Profile to keep a copy of your training, use the AI trainer, or subscribe to Pro. You can use the camera workouts without an account.
Apple Health is optional. Turn it on or off in Profile, or revoke access in iOS Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices.
Workout Director Pro: manage or cancel in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or Profile, Manage Subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Profile on a new iPhone. See the Terms.
Delete your account and its cloud data in Profile, Delete Account.
